The waterproofing warranty
When you take delivery of your vehicle, it immediately benefits from full coverage against any damage resulting from abnormal deterioration of the body waterproofing. This warranty ensures your peace of mind and prompt assistance in case of any issue. If a defect is found, your dealer will assess the situation and offer a repair or, if necessary, replacement of the affected parts. Thanks to this warranty, you can fully enjoy your vehicle without worrying about potential leaks or premature deterioration.
After-sales service
It is essential to keep your manufacturer’s warranty certificate safe,
as it is required to exercise your rights if needed. Your
dealer, responsible for monitoring your warranty for 24 months from the date of vehicle
delivery, will be able to intervene efficiently. In addition, they will send a duplicate of your certificate to
the Pilote Group, along with essential information about your vehicle, such as the
chassis number and delivery date.
Please note that the warranty covers only the vehicle body. The
chassis is covered by the automobile manufacturer, while household appliances have their
own manufacturer’s warranty. However, in case of any issue, your dealer remains your main
point of contact to assist you with your queries.
